Condition: This collectible windmill has been in my home for one year; however, it has sat on a table in our finished basement as decor. It has not been used in any other way. I consider it new in appearance and use. When I took it down to take the photos for this listing, small pieces of styrofoam fell off of it. It is near new and therefore in excellent condiition. The only thing that we have wondered about is that the wheel of the windmill itself tends to fall off fairly easily. It fits fine; there just isn't an end of the trunk on which its sits to hold it on securely. If this is a bother, it is easily fixed by just making the end of the piece on which it sits a little larger on the very end with a small washer or just colored glue or paint. The detail of this piece is magical, and it is definitely near-new and in excellent condition.
